This is a site visit to establish how your premise is using it’s Energy. We’ll look at things like insulation, equipment being used during working hours and outside of working hours. We can have a look at how your site is being heated or cooled depending on it’s operation.
We review the bills to understand current consumption. We can look for air leaks. Check insulation. Check your thermostat as amending them by a few points can save energy. These things will need to be checked during working hours to compare what is happening during non working hours. Is the equipment on standby? Is the heating still on at night when no one is there? Lighting can also be checked. Is there LED? Or Energy efficient bulbs for example.
There is no cost for our energy assessments.
Depending on site size it can typically take anything from 30 mins to more than a few hours i.e. a hotel with 30 floors or a hospital/school over a large site.
